Let me introduce myself.
About seventeen years ago I found myself at a cross roads in my professional life and decided to take the opportunity to change direction and pursue a career working with people.

I have always been a people person and found over the years that friends and family would often come to me for a “friendly ear” or emotional support through the trials and tribulations of life.

One of my life long interests has been the development of self-awareness and the causes or reasoning behind our human behaviours and beliefs.
It was a natural progression for me, when considering a new profession, to decide upon some form of psychological therapy. It was particularly important to me to find a therapeutic approach that was analytical and able to find the underlying cause of  behaviour.

After an exhaustive search, I discovered the International Association of Pure Hypnoanalysts, (IAPH) and I enrolled for the Diploma course with the Hypnotherapy Control Board, Europe’s largest hypnotherapy school. I qualified for my Diploma in Hypnotherapy in May 1997 and I became a member of the IAPH. I set up my Practice in Southampton soon after. The IAPH has a ‘Code of Ethics’ to which all members must abide, continuous ongoing training to ensure we are all up to date and supervision is always provided at all times.

I specialise in Pure Hypnoanalysis and Suggestion Therapy (Clinical Hypnotherapy). At all times you can rest assured that I will do my very best for you and that total confidentiality is guaranteed.
